Make a Crimson difference

We’re a community of innovators, action takers and impact makers that work to help students reach their highest potential. We are always on the look out for talented, mission-driven individuals who are passionate about education and can help us grow our global impact.

We recruit differently.

  • We focus on potential.

We don’t fixate on ‘perfect fit’. For candidates, focus on what role will stretch and challenge you in a fulfilling way. The interview will be an opportunity to learn more about the capabilities required to meet the role expectations and also the opportunities for growth and advancement.

  • We allow you to showcase your capabilities.

Our case study gives both us and our candidates an accurate understanding of what’s needed to succeed in a role and how you will use existing knowledge and transfer your skills to a likely project or scenario. Embrace the tight time constraints to show learning agility, adaptability and potential.

  • We focus on culture add: not 'perfect fit'.

We believe innovation comes from the diversity of thoughts, opinions and backgrounds. The ‘culture add’ lens we take to final interviews allows candidates to understand our organisation. For us, it provides a chance to identify great talent additions to help build towards a well rounded and skilled team, as well as a culturally diverse one.
